I arrived on the 5th and came back the 12th. I just thought I should make this journal post so that I wouldn't be putting all the information on the photos I'll be posting. My dad, who I went with, always tries to push me to do all this sightseeing whenever I go overseas with him. I say push because it often gets painful and strenuous rather than fun-full and adventurous. I ended up seeing the Tower of London, Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Bath, a couple of plays, the Crown Jewels, the Rosetta Stone, the Royal Horseguards, the Churchill Museum, Hampton Court Castle, and walking by St. Paul's Cathedral and Big Ben. We also took a river boat down the Thames and walked through this African street festival. Add in a couple art and history museums and you get how much I was forced to see in 6 days. It was cool, but my feet felt like I was walking barefoot on sharp stones the whole time.
My dad had some business over there and a ton of frequent flier miles and stuff, so that's why I was able to go. It's not like some sort of extravagant vacation that my family pays out the ears to do all the time. XD
So I guess that's what I've been up to lately.
